All care is delivered through secure telehealth, making high-quality psychiatric support accessible and convenient from the comfort of your home.

Are you accepting new mental health patients in Buffalo, Lancaster, or Brooklyn? Yes, we are accepting new patients! Our private practice, female-owned and led by a licensed PMHNP-BC, serves adults and adolescents (16+) across all of New York State via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
Are fast appointments available for urgent mental health needs? Yes. We offer appointments within 24 hours for urgent yet stable conditions requiring routine psychiatric services. We are NOT an emergency service and do not offer emergency appointments. If you are experiencing an emergent situation, please call 911 or contact the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988). You can also visit your local emergency room.
Do you accept my insurance for therapy or medication management? Yes, we do! We are in-network with many major plans, including Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS plans such as Highmark, Anthem, and Excellus, and more. At this time, we do not accept Fidelis or Medicaid.

What conditions do you specialize in treating? Our experienced clinical team specializes in treating anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, and panic disorder. We, however, treat a wide range of mental health disorders, including PTSD and ADHD. What is the difference between your PMHNP and a Psychiatrist? Our licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners ANCC-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) provide the same core services as a psychiatrist—diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy—often with a more holistic and personalized approach.
