Chanel is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health concerns. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and is known for her warm, patient-centered approach, her strong commitment to advocacy, and her ability to help individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Chanel spent over a decade working as a registered nurse at ECMC’s trauma center, where she provided care for individuals in crisis, including those involved in the justice system. Her experience also includes maternal health and supporting patients with substance use disorders, giving her a deep understanding of the connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and life challenges. As a single mother and someone who experienced loss early in life, Chanel brings personal insight into parenting hardships and grief, allowing her to connect with patients with empathy and understanding.
Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences and receive care tailored to their needs.
Agnes is a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, individualized care for adolescents and adults. She integrates evidence-based medication management with therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to support mental health and overall wellbeing.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Agnes specializes in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and holistic mind-body care. Her background as an FNP enhances her psychiatric practice by allowing her to understand the complex interplay between physical and mental health, manage co-occurring medical conditions, and provide more comprehensive, whole-person treatment. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel empowered, understood, and actively involved in their healing process.
