Follow-Up Appointment $85 (Standard Rate)

Important Disclaimer Regarding Deductibles: Please note that if you have an unmet deductible, your out-of-pocket cost is determined by the negotiated contracted rate with your insurance carrier and may differ from our self-pay rate.
